What makes a useful bug report
Include the tool name, selected mode, input values and units, expected result, and actual result. For dates, mention the inclusion setting. For text counts, mention whitespace and emoji.
Leave out private information
Use example data that reproduces the issue instead of a real birth date or private document. You do not need to provide passwords, payment details, or identity documents.
